The Wilderness Maven - Winter Woods Tisane
 
This unique herbal tisane is full of vitamin C and offers a flavor profile unlike anything else. Hands down our go-to brew any evening of the year. With wildcrafted Douglas Fir tips and cedar tips from deep in the Pacific Northwest forests, the tasting notes are bright evergreen, earthy sage, and a hint of citrus and mint.
 
Douglas Fir, along with other evergreens, contains high levels of natural vitamin C and antioxidant compounds. What’s more, studies have shown that evergreen oils can help us de-stress and relax.
 
Rosehips are natural powerhouses packed full of vitamin C, with some of the highest levels found in any fruit or vegetable.
 
Sage is loaded with antioxidants, is anti-inflammatory, and can boost brain function and mood.
 
Juniper berries have been used for culinary and medicinal purposes for centuries. They are anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants. They contain vitamin C and are antibacterial to help fight off infections.
 
Ingredients:
Red Cedar Tips**, Douglas Fir Tips**, Juniper Berries**, Wild Rosehips**, Sage*, Peppermint Leaves*, Oregon Grape Root*

Simmer 1 cup of water. Add 2 tablespoons of Winter Woods Tisane and steep for 15 minutes, covered. Strain and sweeten to taste.
