Shipping Policy
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. This processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or holiday weekends. Depending on your location, it may take longer to get to you. You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number when the order is shipped.
Refund/Return Policy
Refunds (if applicable): There are no refunds issued for CBD products.
There are no refunds for Hemp-derived CBD products unless the item/items package contents are damaged or defective.
If the items are damaged or defective, we request that you email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. We may ask you to mail the defective item back to us for quality control if appropriate.
Cancellations

During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. In those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.
To return a product, we ask that you email us directly.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please don't mail your package back to the address on the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
