Use Recommendations:
Mix 1 tsp tincture with 2-4 oz water and apply topically several times daily (get one of the amber spray bottles and spray top on this site). Once mixed with water, the shelf life of the spray is 2-3 days refrigerated. This formula comes with an amber spray-top bottle.
